Ingredients

  • 120 ml Mayonnaise
  • 30 ml Buttermilk
  • 30 ml Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon Garlic salt
  • 680 g Boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 60 ml Barbecue dry rub

Instructions

  1. Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl or mason jar.
  2. Stir well and refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to 200°C.
  4. Coat the chicken with the barbecue dry rub.
  5. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Flip the chicken and brush it with the white sauce.
  7. Cook for another 3 minutes.
  8. Repeat flipping and brushing with sauce every 3 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked, about 10 minutes total.
  9. Serve the remaining sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

Let the sauce sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to develop flavors. Always check the grill temperature to avoid drying out the chicken.
